Hervey Bay’s family-owned electrical & solar specialists.
Coast to Country Connections was built on a simple belief: people deserve an electrician they can trust. Not a call centre. Not a rotating roster of subcontractors. A real, local tradesperson who shows up on time, does the job properly, and stands behind their work.
Founded and run by Dan, a fully licensed Queensland electrician, Coast to Country Connections operates across Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and the Fraser Coast. Dan handles every job personally — from the initial quote through to the final walkthrough — so you always know who’s working on your home or business.
Growing up and working in regional Queensland, Dan saw first hand how often locals were let down by tradespeople who prioritised volume over quality — rushed jobs, poor communication and no follow-up. Coast to Country Connections was founded as the antidote: a small, tightly run business where every client matters and every job is done right the first time.
From the Hervey Bay coastline to rural properties inland, we take our name seriously. We go wherever our customers need us, bringing the same level of professionalism and care whether it’s a small repair or a full commercial fit-out.
Our goal is that you can feel the Coast to Country difference from the first time you speak to us. To us, you’re not just another customer. You are a person, a family or a business owner that deserves time, dedication and quality service.
Dan is your electrician, your project manager, and a point of contact — all in one. He holds full Queensland electrical contractor licenses and is accredited for solar PV installations under the Clean Energy Council’s guidelines. He’s the person who turns up on site, performs high quality electrical work and stays back to make sure you understand your new system before he leaves.
With hands-on experience across residential electrical, commercial projects, and solar energy systems, Dan brings practical knowledge and a genuine passion for what he does to every job.

The principles that guide every job we take on.
We only use trusted brands and components that we would install in our own homes. Every installation is completed to Australian Standards, and we take the time to get it right rather than rush to the next job.
No technical jargon, no hidden costs, no surprises. We explain what needs to be done, why, and how much it will cost — before we start.
We're a local business supporting the local community. When you hire Coast to Country Connections, your money stays on the Fraser Coast, and you're supporting a business that genuinely cares about this region.
We don't just want your first job — we want to be your electrician for life. That means after-sales support, honest advice, and always being available when you need us.
